At Stickyfingers our vision is to always respect the children in our service and to value them as individuals. We want to:

• Provide the highest quality childcare for all our children and families. We want to offer a home from home in which we build a strong team with parents & guardians to create a solid foundation of positive experiences in the early years. 

• Continually strive to help to nurture, challenge and foster independance in all the children in our care. We want them to choose their own path and to support them in their learning and development. 

• Provide an environment in which the children feel safe, warm, that they have stimulating  age appropriate environment, and where they are all encouraged to play, learn, grow and actively think and explore.

• Focus on ensuring that all children have a strong self-belief and self-esteem; confident that they are capable of acheiving any goal they set for themselves. 

• Ensure that we focus on equality of opportunity as it is very important to us. We want to support each child to reach their full potential in every aspect of their learning and development. 

• Have fun! Children learn so much through play and our staff are not afraid to play too; we are all children at heart. 

• Ensure that all children feel like their family, their background, their culture and their beliefs are valued, respected and celebrated; that they are in a place where inks with the family and the wider world are affirmed and extended.

First, let me welcome you to Stickyfingers Childcare and hope that your experience with us is positive and rewarding. At Stickyfingers we are committed to providing a service of the highest standard. We are notified to and inspected by Tusla- the Child and Family Agency. Trained, motivated and friendly staff are the cornerstone to our service. We encourage a strong teamwork approach to help build and support our shared objectives. Stickyfingers aims to provide the perfect environment for children to develop their social, personal, and educational skills and learn through a planned play based/Montessori curriculum. Above all, the child's welfare and peace of mind for parents is most important to us. We provide a warm, loving home-from-home environment, where each child is treated with respect and will develop and learn as individuals while feeling safe and secure.
